Factors Affecting the Utilization of Hospital Management Information System in PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul General Hospital

Hospitals are important institution in organizing health system Indonesia. Because of its role, it is crucial to ensure the data credibility. Therefore, protected by law, hospitals obliged maintain their information. This study conducted adopting Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) variable. was held Bantul Regional General Hospital using cross sectional approach. Population this all staff who identified be involved use hospital management information PKU Muhammadiyah as much 325 staff. Sample were taken proportionate stratified random sampling 85 Research obtained distributing questionnaires and analyzed chi square Mann Whitney test. Univariate analysis showed not good perceived benefit (58,8%), ease (52,9%) attitude (69,4%). Bivariate variables affecting utilization (p=0,001), (p=0,018) (p=0,021). Multivariate most towards (p=0,008) (p=0,049).
